ORDER

The petitioner herein is the owner-cum-driver of a vehicle bearing Reg.No.AP 39 UE 7005 (Ashok Leyland) before this Court, seeking 1/4

anticipatory bail for offence punishable under Sections 303 (2) of BNS r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.302 of 2025.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the owner-cumdriver of the said vehicle, and he has abandoned 9 units of river sand as well as the vehicle.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the huge quantum of sand that has been transported, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
