ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 81 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.81 of 2017 and final report has been filed and based on the same a case was taken on file in C.C.No.104 of 2017 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai and after trial the petitioners were acquitted by the judgement dated 12.03.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
