The petition to amend the cause title of the second respondent as the Inspector General of Registration, Registration Department, Santhome High Road, Santhome, Chennai-600 004 instead of the Registrar General of Tamilnadu, Santhome High Road, Santhome, Chennai-600 005 and to amend the cause title of the sixth respondent as the Sub Registrar, Registration Department, Pallikonda Sub Registrar Office, Pallikanda, Vellore District instead of the Sub Registrar, Vellore in the above writ petition is allowed.
