The petitioner seeks for a direction to accept the regular sureties.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that without any order in this regard, merely, on the basis of oral submission, this cannot direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, however, taking into consideration of the fact that there is no such condition in the return of property order, the petitioner is directed to produce two sufficient sureties as per order for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.
