ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 for issuance of patta to the temple.

2.Mrs.S.Indhubala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
