Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 148 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to extend the time for paying the said cost of Rs.500/- for a period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The present petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditional order passed by the Division Bench dated 07.08.2025, whereby, the condone delay petition was allowed on terms that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- on or before 13.08.2025 before the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority.

2. Due to some communication gap, the said amount could not be paid in time is the reason stated herein.

3. Accepting the same, the time is extended to further three days from today, within which, the order dated 07.08.2025 shall be complied with, failing which, without any further reference to this Court, the main petition for condonation of delay would stand dismissed.
