This application has been filed to record the death of Mr.B.Dhanabalakrishnan, 2nd defendant in the above suit and bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd defendant.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title.
