[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Dharmaraj S/o.Sakthivel, aged 25 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in R.C.No.C2/25797/2019 dated 15.09.2019. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in R.C.No.C2/25797/2019 dated 15.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4359, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 30.10.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
