ORDER

Ms.J.Jothi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in respect of the Rear Store portion, the petitioner tenant is willing to vacate P.B. BALAJI,J.

CRP.No.4849 of 2025 vum and hand over the key of the premises by 31.10.2025 to the respondents landlord.

2. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The petitioner tenant is directed to vacate and hand over the keys of the Rear store potion by 31.10.2025.

3. It is open to the respondents to workout their remedy in so far as arrears of rent pertaining to the said portion independently by way of Civil Suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.10.2025 Speaking Order/Non-speaking Order Index : Yes / No vum To
