Heard the learned counsel on either side.

It is seen from the records that the wife of the petitioner filed a similar writ petition in W.P.No.4681 of 2015 seeking for the very same relief wherein she is represented by her power of attorney agent. Concealing the said writ petition, this writ petition has been filed. Since the issue involved is going to be considered in W.P.No. 4681 of 2015, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is also closed.
