The petitioner herein, who had earlier jumped bail, thereby causing delay in the progress of a case registered in the year 2019, is before this Court seeking bail. Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

The trial Court, after considering the conduct of the petitioner, dismissed the bail petition. The records indicate that the petitioner had jumped bail for the second time and was secured by executing a Non-Bailable Warrant. Meanwhile, it is also noted that the petitioner has been involved in a similar offence and those cases are presently pending. 3.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
