The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2023.
2. When the petitioner herein had resigned from the job on 15.05.2023, he was not settled with the benefits such as as salary, bonus, leave encashment and provident fund letter for which he has sent a representation to the respondent on 12.09.2023. Since the representation was not considered within a reasonable point of time, he has filed the present writ petition.
3. Today when the matter was called upon, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that apart from the provident fund, all other monetary benefits have been settled to the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also ratified the statement made be the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that they have sent a proposal in the requisite form to the provident fund authorities and it is for the provident fund authorities to consider the same.
5. In view of the grievances of the petitioner have been considerably met and only the provident fund amount alone is to be settled to the petitioner, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
