CMP Nos. 23351, 23353 and 23355 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i) to condone the delay of 294 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Naniyamma ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as respondents 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.
4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these MPs are allowed as prayed for.
