ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner made a submission that the writ petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle, the same is extracted hereunder: "The writ prayer has been sought till the conversion of the 5th respondent College into Government Institution. The college has been converted to Government institution with effect from 18.02.2025. Hence the present WP is infructuous."
