2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 21.06.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the said order shall stand substituted as learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Pollachi.

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 21.06.2019 shall remain intact.
