The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition which was imposed to the petitioner shall appear before the learned judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19374 of 2024 by order dated 12.08.2024 by this Court 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
