C.M.P.No.22677 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.(SR).75576 of 2017 P.T. ASHA, J.

This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court Fee of Rs.5,642/- in the above appeal.

2. In the light of the Judgment of this Court reported in Thirumalai and another v.

Philips and another [2022 (1) TN MAC 683], this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition as per the procedure.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also endorsed that she is withdrawing the petition so as to follow the procedures as directed by this Court in the above mentioned Judgment.
