Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent on 08.05.2017 in proceedings No.5948/CHRI/T.2/2012 in respect of affairs of temple management of Arulmigu Sundara Vinayagar, Arulmigu Mariamman, Arulmigu Gengaiamman, Arulmigu Iyyanar Temples and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to handover the charge of the Arulmigu Sundara Vinayagar, Arulmigu Mariamman, Arulmigu Gengaiamman, Arulmigu Iyyanar Temples after Astapanthana Maha Kumbabishekam Perunchanthi Festival which is scheduled to be held on 30.06.2017 between 09.00 am to 10.30.
