Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing respondents their men, people or any other persons claiming through them from in any manner disturbing or damaging the TASMAC Shop No.4308 & bar at Plot No.83, Sri Balaji Nagar, Ram Nagar South, Pallikaranai, Chennai - 600 100, by directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the 6th respondent in accordance with law.

ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from disturbing in running of the TASMAC Shop No.4308 and bar at Plot No.83, Sri Balaji Nagar, Ram Nagar South, Pallikaranai, Chennai - 600 100. 2.When the matter was called today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's Shop and bar in Plot No.83, Sri Balaji Nagar, Ram Nagar South, Pallikaranai, Chennai, is still running and that the respondents have no intention to cause any disturbance to the said Shop for the present. In view of such submission, the petitioner may not have any grievance.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
