PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue direction to the learned II Additional District Court, Tiruchengode to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.09 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr. N. Manoharan C O M M O N O R D E R The revision petitioner herein is the defendant seeking direction to the learned II Additional District Court, Tiruchengode to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.135 of 2018 and O.S.No.09 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the plaintiff / respondent herein filed a suit for specific pe rformance against the defendant / petitioner herein in the year 2018 and 2019 respectively. Immediately after receipt of the notice, the defendant filed written statement in the year 2019 itself. But the trial has not been progressed inspite of the 2/5

representation made on their side. As a woman now she is aged about more than 60 years old appearing before the Court. Therefore, seeking direction to dispose the case.

3. On perusal of the E-Court status, the case was adjourned by the trial Judge, at the request of the plaintiff endlessly. Though the suit was filed for trial in the year 2019, there is no progressive trial. Therefore, the reason assigned is justifiable. The trial Court is directed to dispose both the suits within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
