2. The present appeal is filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 27.05.2019 in S.T.C.No.259 of 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magisterial No.6, Coimbatore, in and by which, the respondent/accused was acquitted for the offences under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. The appeal has not been so far admitted. Though several opportunities have been granted to the appellant to present either in person or through counsel, there is no representation for the appellant.
