Respondent(s) PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS,praying set aside the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025 in so far as it relates to imposition of condition directing the Petitioners herein to appear and sign before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station at Thanjavur district daily at 10 a.m for three weeks.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025 that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station at Thanjavur daily at 10.00 a.m for three weeks.
2. The Trial Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that they should report before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station at 10.00 am for a period of three weeks. However, the petitioners have not complied the condition. The 1 st and 4 th accused, who are petitioners 1 and 2 herein, has come before this Court seeking modification of the condition stating that their child is mentally retarded and the parents care and their presence is required. Therefore, complying the bail condition is onerous to them.
3. Considering the above submissions, the condition is modified to the effect that the 4 th accused/2 nd petitioner herein, mother of the child alone is exempted from reporting before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station. All other accused including the 1 st petitioner herein should comply the order and report
before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station at 10.00 am for a period of three weeks, which commence from 26.08.2025. As far as the 2 nd petitioner/A4 is concerned, she shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
