Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 BNSS., to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and the Survey Department officials for erecting fencing the petitioner property situated at Melamayur Village, Chengalpattu Taluk & District in Grama Natham Survey No.250/1, New Survey No.340/3 admeasuring to 45551⁄2 cents in view of hindrance by the third and fourth respondents herein. 1/3

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking police protection for fencing the petitioner's land.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

The dispute seems to be civil in nature and therefore this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. However the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. With the above observations, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
