2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was abused by the 2nd respondent in the writ petition, namely, Sivasankaran, the Branch Manager and that he had given a complaint against him to the General Manager/first respondent therein on 23.03.2023 and had requested the General Manager/first respondent therein to take action. Since no action was taken, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a writ of mandamus in W.P.No.14517 of 2023 and this Court , by an order dated 05.05.2023 disposed the writ petition directing the General Manager/first respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the lapse of the period of six weeks, no action has been taken and hence, he has come up with this contempt petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this Court, while dismissing the W.P.No.14517 of 2023, had directed the General Manager/first respondent therein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 23.03.2023 within a period of six weeks, the order has not been complied with so far.
