O R D E R

This petition has been filed for seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.436 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, the 2nd respondent police herein to the file of the Inspector of Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that in Crime No.436 of 2019, they completed the investigation and filed a final report on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.11.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpattu and it is pending for taking cognizance. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.436 of 2019.

3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the transfer of investigation cannot be ordered. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. However, the learend Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpet is directed to take the cognizance on the final report filed by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction , this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
