This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing Crl.R.C.S.R.No.51610/2025 against the order dated 17.04.2025 passed by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.18042/2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 26 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
