2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.08.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.422 of 2019 on 26.10.2019 under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.
