This petition has been filed to withdraw the M.C.No.19 of 2019 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Poonamallee and to transfer the same to VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to hear along with H.M.O.P.No.4004 of 2019 for joint disposal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they are jointly living together.
