ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet pursuant to the FIR No.13 of 2019 dated 18.07.2019 on the file of the respondent police before the Court which has jurisdiction to try the offence against the accused persons within a stipulated time framed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.13 of 2019 on 18.07.2019, no charge sheet has been filed till date.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that since the matter involves examination of lot of documents, the respondent police may be permitted to file a charge sheet
within a period of two months.
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
