O R D E R

The petitioner had filed this petition seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is an investor in K.R.M.Kumaragam Chits (P) Ltd., and he had invested huge sum of money, likewise several others also invested. The second respondent/accused had cheated the petitioner and others. Thereafter, the petitioner lodged complaint along with others before the District Crime Branch, Thiruvallur. During the pendency of the complaint the second respondent mislead this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18916 of 2016, and obtained anticipatory bail on 10.05.2017. Hence, the present petition filed seeking cancellation to anticipatory bail to the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner the case was registered in Crime No.26 of 2016, the Economic Offences Wing, Kanchipuram investigated the case and charge sheet is ready and yet to be filed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, investigation completed and charge sheet made ready, this Court finds the prayer sought is not required now. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
