C.M.P.No.24807 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No.132112 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.132112 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The private notice has been served on the sole respondent on 13.01.2024. However, till date, he has not chosen to enter appearance either through counsel or in person.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 80 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.132112 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
