ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner was not a party to the writ proceedings and the appeal has been instituted after securing leave from this Court. He further stated that the delay in filing the writ appeal was not willful.
2. That being so, this Court is inclined to consider the petition and the delay is condoned.
3. The learned counsel for the 1 st respondent raised an objection, stating that the delay had not been properly explained.
4. However, considering that the petitioner was not a party to the writ proceedings, this ground deserves no further consideration.
