(Order of the Court was made by D.KISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer this appeal, as against the order passed by this court in W.P.No.12678 of 2023, dated 16.06.2023.

According to the petitioner, she is a third party to the said writ petition and only after issuing show notice by the respondent to her, she came to know about the order passed in the writ petition and since she is prejudiced by the said order, leave may be granted to file the writ appeal. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, we inclined to grant leave to the petitioner to file the appeal. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
