PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.55 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore. In both Petitions For Petitioners:

2. The present Criminal Original Petitions are filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.55 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions and has also made endorsements to that effect.
