This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on petitioner's complaints dated 06.04.2019, 29.08.2019 & 28.09.2019 vide CSR Nos.183 of 2019, 423 of 2019 & 489 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and investigate the same within time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint in CSR No.489 of 2019 has been registered in Crime No.742 of 2019. In view of the same, registration of the other two complaints in CSR Nos.183 of 2019 and 423 of 2019 may not be required.
