Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Indian Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 19.10.2016 in I.A.No.419 of 2016 in O.S.No.117 of 2015 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Yanam.

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decretal order dated 19.10.2016 in I.A.No.419 of 2016 in O.S.No.117 of 2015 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Yanam. 1/4

2.The Civil Revision Petition was posted for admission on 04.09.2017 and the matter was adjourned to 06.09.2017. Again on 20.02.2020, case was adjourned to 24.02.2020. Further on 24.02.2020, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, adjourned to 02.03.2020. Thereafter, it was listed on 03.03.2020, even on that day, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and adjourned the matter by one week. On 11.03.2020, also adjournment was sought on the side of the petitioner and the matter stands adjourned to 23.03.2020. 3.Today, when the matter was listed under the caption "adjourned admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for adjournment.

4.From the above discussion, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest for proceeding the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past four years, without even admitting the same or ordering the notice. 2/4
