JUDGMENT

The suit has been filed seeking a direction to the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.1,82,08,610/- (Rupees One Crore Eighty Two Lakhs Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Ten only) together with interest at the rate of 24% on Rs.1,14,59,027/- (Rupees One Crore Fourteen Lakhs Fifty Nine Thousand and Twenty Seven only) from the date of the plaint till the date of realization.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff filed a memo stating that the suit claim has been settled out of Court.

3. The memo is recorded. The suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. The Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee paid by the plaintiff as per Original Side Rules read with the provisions of the Tamil
