ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner's property situate at Tindivanam Registration District Avaraipakkam Sub Registration District, Kollar Village Old S.No.220/4 - 4412 Sq.Ft., out of Ac 0.95 cents, New Dry S.No.60/5 of an extent of 00410 Sq.Mt.

2. The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is of civil in nature. Therefore, the Writ Court cannot pass any order, without ascertaining the right and possession of the person concerned, which requires oral and documentary evidence, and therefore, in these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. 12.11.2024 cs 2 / 4
