O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the defendant in the suit in O.S.No.5593 of 2023 filed by the respondent herein/plaintiff for declaration and consequential directions.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is a 90% disabled person and hence, he intends to ensure that the suit is disposed of at the earliest, considering his serious locomotor disability.

3. Considering the fact that the pleadings are already complete, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law by the end of January 2026. Interlocutory application, if any pending, shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
