ORDER
The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1A) - ARMS ACT and Sections 20(b)(ii)(A), 8(c)-NDPS Act 132, 296(b), 351(3), 61(2) of BNS in Crime No.298 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks modification for the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20707 of 2025, dated 25.07.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20707 of 2025, dated 25.07.2025.
3. Since the conditions have not been complied with by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 04.09.2025 cda 2/4
