Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to give the syllabus of M.A. in Development Economics of Pondicherry
University during the academic year 2005-2007 to enable the petitioner to submit the same to the second respondent to consider the equivalence of M.A. in Development Economics offered by the Pondicherry University to M.A.Economics of Madras University so that the petitioner can get the "withheld" remark made by the third respondent in the Provisional Selection List dated 14.09.2022 deleted against the name of the petitioner and get appointed as PG Assistant in Economics. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to give the syllabus of M.A. in Development Economics of Pondicherry University during the Academic Year 2005-2007 to enable the petitioner to submit the same to the second respondent to consider the equivalence of M.A. in Development Economics offered by the Pondicherry University to M.A.Economics of Madras University so that the petitioner can get the withheld remark made by the third respondent in the provisional selection list dated 14.09.2022 deleted
against the name of the petitioner and get appointed as PG Assistant in Economics.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner was selected for the post of PG Assistant (Economics).
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
