respondent's order dated 21.10.2016 made in OA.No.1408/2015 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to decide the OA.No.1408/2015 on merits.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] (1)After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ petition, with liberty to challenge the common order dated 21.06.2018 made in MA.Nos.164, 165 and 166 of 2018 in OA.No.1408 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. (2)The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 also.

(3)If the said remedy sought for by the petitioner is available under law, the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the said common order in accordance with law, before the Competent Forum.

(4)The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn subject to the above observation. No costs.
