O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate dis-obeyance of the order passed by this Court dated 24.032025 passed in W.P.No.19274 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to take appropriate action as against the person who created law and order problem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused persons created law and order problem and also demolish the Mandapam of the Temple. Though the respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.521 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 189(3) and 324 (4) of BNS, 2023, the respondent failed to register the First Information Report for major offences.

3. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that during the investigation, if any other charges made out as against the accused persons, the respondent is directed to include the other offences and file a final report. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
