Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for laying stones in petitioner agricultural field situated at Survey No.694/3A1B as per patta No.3570, the patta for 13.92 acres of land within Anchetty Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri Distrct based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2023.

Petitioner seeks police protection for enjoyment of land comprised in Survey No.694/3A1B as per patta No.3570, the patta for 13.92 acres of land situated at Anchetty Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri Distrct.
2. Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, parties were called and enquired. Petitioner claims right over the property based on the purchase deed dated 20.01.2016 executed by Murugesn, Pachiappan and Madhu. Police asked the private respondent to produce the documents. For which, he has sought some time and yet to produce the documents. 2/4
Parties were advised not to indulge in any act of violence, but to settle the dispute before the appropriate Court. In the said circumstances, petitioner has come before this Court seeking direction for police protection for laying stones in the disputed land.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner claims that, there is no dispute regarding title and no civil suit is pending against him regarding the title also the revenue records are mutated in his name as per the sale deed.
4. In the light of the above facts which is seen from the records, the respondent police shall take note of the complaint if any regarding criminal act in connection with the property and act in accordance with law.
