ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the petitioner's online application dated 10.08.2022 for patta proceeding of name change as per Sale Deed Doc No:11886/2022 dated 19.07.2022 on the file of the SRO Avadi within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the properties in T.S.No.43/9 and T.S.No.43/10 of an extent of 69.75 cents situated in Paruthipattu Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Since the Revenue Records stood in the name of one Balakrishnan i.e.,original owner of the aforesaid properties, the petitioner made online applications dated 10.08.2022, before the first respondent to include his name in the patta.
