The petitioner herein claims to be the owner of the property measuring 1.5 acres in Survey No.349/2A Thuhgavi Village, Madathukulam, the present Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the police to give protection for measuring the land. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that if due request emanates from the Surveyor for police protection, adequate protection will be provided for measuring the land.

Taking into consideration the fact that the land to be measured, has to be identified by the Revenue officials. After such identification, there is no difficult to survey the land on police protection. On such request, the police has to give police protection. 4.
With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
