Crl.M.P.Nos.15510 & 15511 of 2019 in Crl.RC.SR.Nos.43318 & 50353 of 2018 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 386 days in representing the above criminal revisions in Crl.RC.SR.Nos.43318 of 2018 and 50353 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.10181 of 2017, respectively, dated 23.04.2018.

Taking into consideration, the submissions made by both the learned counsel and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 386 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority attached to this Court, within a period of one week from today. On such deposit being made, the delay in representation is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above criminal revisions if the papers or otherwise in order.
