This Criminal Original Petition is filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in C.C.No.238 of 2023 pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee. It is seen that originally first information report in Crime No.177 of 2011 had been registered under Sections 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC.

2. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamalle and taken cognizance as C.C.No.238 of 2023.

In the final report, the petitioner is shown as absconding accused.

3. Therefore, the petitioner shall subject himself to the direction of the trial Court. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
