ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by order dated 28.01.2025 in C.C.No.557 of 2022 by the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai and release the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Earlier, the suspension of sentence petition filed by the co-accused was dismissed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3917 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.243 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025. There is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier petition.
