This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 11.10.2023 passed in M.C.No.222 of 2019 on the file of Additional Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 124 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
